All orders are thoughtfully prepared and shipped from Southern California.
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
At this time, we offer complimentary shipping within the United States only.
Packaging
Each set is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Our packaging is designed to be both protective and gift-worthy.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@allisonnoelledesign.com and we will gladly make it right.
Order Changes
Please review your order carefully before placing it.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist if needed.
