These terms apply to purchases made through allisonnoelledesign.com, operated by Allison Noelle Design LLC.

Products & Orders

Product descriptions identify the contents, dimensions, materials, and packaging included with each purchase.

Colors displayed on a screen may differ slightly from printed products because of screen settings and printing processes.

Please review your product selections, quantities, shipping address, and initial choice where applicable before submitting your order.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges and applicable sales tax are calculated at checkout.

Payment is required in full when placing an order.

Prices may change for future purchases. If a pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding or cancel the order and issue a refund.

Shipping

Please allow 7–10 calendar days for preparation and dispatch, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Delivery time is additional and varies by destination and carrier.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with a revised shipping date and the option to cancel for a refund.

Changes & Cancellations

Contact hello@allisonnoelledesign.com promptly if you need to change or cancel an order.

Changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order enters production or ships.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@allisonnoelledesign.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Please contact us before returning items. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Original artwork, calligraphy, designs, photographs, and website content are owned by Allison Noelle Design LLC or used with permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its artwork or grant permission to reproduce, digitize, or use the design to create other products.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale pricing and ordering terms are provided separately. Orders placed through a wholesale marketplace are also subject to that marketplace’s applicable terms and policies.

Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter the terms of orders already accepted.
