Products & Orders
All products are made to order. Due to the custom nature of our stationery, variations in color, texture, and print placement may occur and are considered part of the design.
By placing an order, you confirm that all personalization details (including spelling and formatting) are correct. Allison Noelle Design is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier. Once an order has been shipped, Allison Noelle Design is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@allisonnoelledesign.com
